How does billing work?
Project work such as an MVP build is billed in milestones, starting with a deposit when the statement of work is signed. Monthly engagements are billed in advance at the start of each cycle and can be cancelled with 14 days' written notice. Invoices are issued in US dollars by Sprout's US company.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. On full payment, Sprout assigns all intellectual property rights in the custom work it builds for you to your company, unless your statement of work says otherwise.
