What you'll do
- , Own the full design process, from discovery and wireframes to final UI and dev handoff
- , Create clean, intuitive interfaces that balance user needs with business goals
- , Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
- , Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- , Collaborate directly with founders to shape product vision and UX strategy
What we're looking for
- , 3+ years of product or UI design experience for web and/or mobile products
- , Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
- , A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- , Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, spacing, colour, and hierarchy
- , Experience in fast-paced startup or agency environments
Nice to have
- , Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products
- , Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, Tailwind) for smoother dev handoff
- , Motion design or micro-interaction skills
