What you'll do
- Own the full design process, from discovery and wireframes to final UI and dev handoff
- Create clean, intuitive interfaces that balance user needs with business goals
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
- Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Collaborate directly with founders to shape product vision and UX strategy

What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product or UI design experience for web and/or mobile products
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals: typography, spacing, colour, and hierarchy
- Experience in fast-paced startup or agency environments

Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, Tailwind) for smoother dev handoff
- Motion design or micro-interaction skills
